As a Customer Experience Analyst at payever, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the customer experience journey of our business solutions like for instance the payever Site or Shop along with our messaging or checkout tools. Your primary focus will be to analyze customer interactions, feedback, and data across various touchpoints to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that elevate the customer experience, drive customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

   â€¢   Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data analytics tools to create reports and presentations that provide insights into customer behavior and satisfaction.
   â€¢   Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps. Identify key touchpoints and assess their effectiveness in delivering a positive customer experience.
   â€¢   Voice of the Customer (VoC) Programs: Manage and optimize VoC programs, including surveys, feedback forms, and social listening tools to gather actionable customer insights.
   â€¢   Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with product teams, marketing, sales, and IT to ensure a cohesive customer experience strategy. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
   â€¢   Continuous Improvement: Recommend and help implement changes to processes, policies, and products based on customer data and feedback. Monitor the impact of these changes on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
   â€¢   Training and Advocacy: Train and guide customer-facing teams based on insights gained. Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring that customer needs and experiences are understood and considered across the organization.
   â€¢   Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer experience. Benchmark our performance against competitors and strive for continual improvement.

Qualifikation

   â€¢   Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
   â€¢   High interest or experience inside the commerce / SaaS field
   â€¢   Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools 
   â€¢   Strong understanding of customer experience metrics and KPIs.
   â€¢   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
   â€¢   Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
   â€¢   Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
