1. Click on the shape you desire to adjust the size
2. Observe the guidlines that are now present on the shape
3. Drag in order to adjust the shape as needed.
4. Alternatively to the right of the screen under Format> Arrange tab
5. Input values in the Withd and Height fields as needed.
